Privacy policy
Version of October 20, 2026. This policy follows the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
What we receive
- From you: your email (to send you the report) and your answer on whether the person asked you for money.
- About the person being checked: what you chose to send us – photos, number, email, name or username, parts of messages, a photo of the ID and the PhilSys number.
- Payment is made with GCash through our payment partner dLocal. We do not see or keep your GCash account details.
What we use it for
Only to run the seven checks and send you the report. We do this to provide the service you paid for and to prevent fraud.
Who we share it with
To run the checks, we send parts of the order to services that work for us: Google Cloud Vision (the photos), Brave Search (the texts and names), IPQualityScore (the number and the email), dLocal (the payment) and Brevo (the email with the link). The data is stored with Supabase, on a server in São Paulo. We do not sell data and we do not use it for advertising.
When we delete it
- Photos, numbers, emails, names, texts, the ID, the PhilSys number and your order: 30 days.
- The report: 30 days.
- Digital fingerprints of the photos and numbers (SHA-256 code, no name): 2 years after the last check.
- Technical logs of errors and times, with no personal data: 30 days.
Every night an automatic process deletes everything that has passed its deadline.
