Privacy policy

Version of 20 October 2026. This policy follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we receive

What we use it for

Only to run the seven checks and send you the report. We do this to provide the service you asked for and to help prevent fraud.

Who we share it with

To run the checks we send parts of the order to services that work for us: Google Cloud Vision (the photos), Brave Search (the texts and names), IPQualityScore (the number and the email ID), dLocal (the payment) and Brevo (the email with the link). The data is stored with Supabase, on a server in São Paulo. We do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.

When we delete it

Every night an automatic process deletes whatever has passed its time limit.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it. You can also nominate someone to use these rights for you, and raise a grievance with us. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India. If someone checked you and you think something is wrong, or you want us to delete the fingerprint of your photo or your number, write to us at ola@veritaza.com.
